Will the outdoor elements affect the PVC vinyl material?

  • There are a number of home improvement retailers that will offer a wide range of products manufactured by Royal Outdoor Products, if they do not stock an item you require it may be available through their special order program. Are factory direct sales available?

When ordering accessories what are the payment options?

  • Royal Outdoor Products accepts the following credit cards Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
    Note: Royal Outdoor Products does not accept personal cheques, money orders or COD payments.

How long are the product warranties?

  • All of our products are covered under limited warranty. Please refer to your Royal Outdoor Products manual for specific warranty details.

If I have a warranty claim whom should I contact?

  • All warranty claims are handled through Royal Outdoor Products Customer Care Center. If you have any questions regarding the product warranty or if you need to submit a warranty claim please contact 1 877 Go Royal(467-6925). In order to serve you better, please have the following information available when you call:
  • Model number
  • Serial number
  • Date of purchase
  • Installation manual

How long will it take to assemble the building?

  • There are too many variables, which make it very difficult to calculate the amount of time required to assemble the building. However once you have constructed the foundation and completed a full product inventory you and an assistance can construct a Royal building in a mater of 2 to 7 hours. Do not assemble the building until you have completed a full product inventory. Do not assemble the building on a windy day.

What kind of foundation do I use?

  • The key to a successful installation is to make sure the building is assembled on a square and level surface. You can place a Royal building onto a concrete base or wood base system or you can purchase a Royal Composite base system.

Will I require a permit?

  • Always check with your local permitting office for the regulations when installing a storage building or fence system. Obtaining the necessary permits is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Royal Outdoor Products is not responsible for improper installation, maintenance and repair of any of our products.

What tools do I need to assemble the building?

  • Power drill with Philips or a #2 square bit, Ladder, Carpenter’s square. Level, Rubber mallet, Hammer, Safety classes, Gloves, Measuring Tape, 3/16 x ¾ inch screws to attach the building channels to the base, Silicone Caulking. If you have one of our storage buildings which is equipped with steel doors they must be painted with Exterior grade enamel paint. (Warning steel doors must be painted for warranty purposes).

What are the retail prices of your products?

  • All prices must be obtained through a retail outlet and it is the retailer that sets the pricing structure.
